Jeff and Caitlin met at work in the summer of 2017 and instantaneously developed crushes on each other. She was a 23-year-old intern, he was reporter on the cusp of 24, and they bravely ignored these feelings for a full FIVE months before they finally got together. They kept it a secret from their coworkers for approximately two weeks, before sharing the news to a resounding chorus of "yeah we know" and "you guys literally hold hands in the lobby".

Fast forward to the present, Jeff is about to achieve his dream of marrying into a Jewish family on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, and Caitlin has fulfilled the family prophecy of finding a soulmate who is willing to chauffeur her family around (none of them have drivers licenses despite owning a car).

Jeff and Caitlin live on 76th Street, four blocks away from Caitlin's mother, seven blocks away from Caitlin's sister, and 10 blocks away from Jeff's brother, sister-in-law, and adorable nephew and niece. They spend part of the summer at the bungalow colony in the Catskills, and have traveled together to Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Kenya, Portugal, England, Ireland and Jamaica in their spare time.

Jeff and Caitlin intend to live in NYC for the rest of their lives and hopefully raise a family, and are looking forward to a honeymoon in South Africa.
